I have been waiting many years for a ring like this and this ring did not disappoint! I am truly soo-- super happy I found this company online & my reason for this statement is: hopefully a short version? ~~~ I previously had a beautiful wedding band made in July of 1984 from Robinsons ( they are no longer in business), so my husband & I found out about a larger company-- Sterling) who owns lots of mall jewelry stores, one including Kays Jewelry.....they told us to take my beautiful wedding band 12 mm in size & Kays would repair it. WELL, NO SUCH THING HAPPENED!!! They 1st said the repair would cost $750.00 & then we got the runaround & they said it would cost us $3,000.00. We were VERY UNHAPPY!! and thought WHAT THE HE--. Offers many free unbelievable services which normally cost money such as Free engraving (which can range up to 40+ dollars at other places), Free Re-sizing most places are reasonable at that but some place not so necessarily optical to doing so for free, Free shipping is always nice although I went for next day air on the eternity wedding band I purchase. Free gift box as well. You cant go wrong with such a great deal of services offered for free especially with the most reasonably cheapest prices on rings I could find online.
